CRIS develops and manages all major IT applications for Indian Railways, serving over 23 million passengers daily.
Under his leadership, CRIS has been at the forefront of integrating Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning into India's national rail network - from passenger reservations and freight operations to predictive maintenance and network management. His work directly contributes to the Digital India and IndiaAI Mission objectives.
