Getting there
Bharat Mandapam is inside the Pragati Maidan complex in central Delhi, close to India Gate and the ITO business district.
- By Metro
- Supreme Court station, Blue LineThe station adjoins the Pragati Maidan complex and is the easiest way in. It was renamed from Pragati Maidan, so older signage and maps may still show that name.
- By road
- Approach from Mathura Road or Bhairon MargThe Pragati Maidan tunnel connects the Ring Road side to the complex.
- From New Delhi Railway Station

Yes. Delegate seats are limited and allotted first-come, first-served. On-the-day registration is not guaranteed, so register before you travel.
What should I bring?
A government-issued photo ID matching your registration, and your registration confirmation. Business cards are worth carrying — the exhibition floor and networking sessions are a large part of the event.
Is the ticket valid for both days?
Yes. Delegate registration covers both days, all conference tracks and the exhibition floor.
Can I attend online?
The conference is held in person at Bharat Mandapam. Any streaming or hybrid access will be announced here if it is arranged.
