DMRC operates over 390 km of metro lines across Delhi-NCR, serving over 6 million passengers daily with world-class reliability and safety standards.

Dr. Jain oversees all operational aspects of DMRC's network and has been a strong proponent of integrating Artificial Intelligence into metro operations - from intelligent control systems and passenger experience platforms to AI-driven maintenance scheduling and energy management. His work positions DMRC as a global benchmark for AI adoption in urban mass transit.
